Piano Haven Concert Seat Purchase, below terms
Please understand these terms of business, then scroll down to purchase seats:
- No refunds or rain-checks, all sales are final.
- Due to the intimate nature of these concerts, children under age 12 are not allowed.
- Please don’t come if you cannot sit still and quietly for the duration.
- We will ask everyone to wash their hands upon arrival and encourage the use of provided hand sanitizer.
- Anyone who appears to have illness symptoms may be asked to leave.
- Please do not wear excessive perfume or scents. It tends to annoy most folks and lingers long after you are gone.
- There will be no physical ticket issued. Simply check in upon arrival with your name.
- You will receive an email 2-3 DAYS before the event (or shortly after your purchase if you purchase after) with our address, phone number and specific arrival instructions.
- Seating is GENERAL ADMISSION, doors open 30 mins prior to start time. If you arrive before then, please wait in your vehicle
- We cannot take requests for specific seating arrangements, get here 30 minutes before show time for the best chance at getting your desired seat(s)
- There will be no “intermission” but there will be two 5 minute breaks.
- This concert will be broadcast live on-line. You may make a vague/indefinite appearance on camera at some point.
