Piano Haven Studio Concert ~ Seat Request Form

Please note: THIS IS A REQUEST FORM! Invitation is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from us via phone or email, typically within 24 hours. After your seat is confirmed, an email will be sent out a few days before the concert with our address, detailed driving, parking and arrival instructions. These are very specific so please read & respect them!

There is no fee or ticket involved. There is a $20 suggested donation per seat and all funds collected given directly to the guest/visiting artist(s). Please support these wonderful musicians generously, you won’t be disappointed! Anyone who requests a seat and no-shows without letting us know in advance will not be invited back.

Though entirely optional, we encourage you to bring a snack/dish to share & a beverage (wine & beer OK)
