Broadcast Tips:
- your internet connection needs to be “high speed”, cable or DSL work best. A connection rated at 4mb/sec (or faster) download speed is ideal for a consistent viewing experience. We stream a 900kb/sec signal.
- we recommend that you plug straight in to your modem/router, not using any form of wireless, & close all other running programs/browsers on your computer while viewing. For browsers, we recommend ‘Chrome‘ or ‘Firefox‘. Both process data much faster than IE.
- anyone on your network using internet during the broadcast will be consuming your bandwidth, especially if they are watching on-line videos or downloading music etc… just remember that!
- having the latest flash player update can help if your connection is fast & your player hangs, freezes, or doesn’t start. Update your flash easily here
